TASKIDS - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) הסכם רישיון משתמש קצה Last Updated: February 2026 עודכן לאחרונה: פברואר 2026 ================================================================================ ENGLISH VERSION --------------- PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE TASKIDS APPLICATION. By downloading, installing, or using the Taskids application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App. 1. LICENSE GRANT ---------------- Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial family use. 2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS ----------------------- You agree not to: a) Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App c) Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App d) Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws e) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App f) Use the App to develop competing products or services 3. OWNERSHIP ------------ The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to the Developer and title thereto remains exclusively with the Developer. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to the Developer. The App is protected by Israeli and international copyright laws. 4. USER CONTENT --------------- You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (such as child profiles, task names, and photos). By using the App, you grant the Developer a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services. 5. PRIVACY ---------- Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.taskids.net/#privacy. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. 6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES ----------------------- The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Analytics and Firebase). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for third-party services. 7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES --------------------------- THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: a) The App will meet your requirements b) The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free c) Any data stored in the App will be accurate or reliable d) Any defects in the App will be corrected 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY -------------------------- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: a) Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App b) Any conduct or content of any third party on the App c) Any content obtained from the App d) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content Since the App is provided free of charge, you acknowledge that the Developer's maximum liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. 9. CHILDREN'S USE ----------------- The App is designed for family use. Parents are responsible for: a) Creating and managing accounts for their children b) Supervising their children's use of the App c) All content uploaded on behalf of their children d) Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding children's data 10. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS ----------------------------- The Developer may update the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use. The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice or liability. 11. TERMINATION --------------- This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies. GOVERNING LAW ----------------- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT -------------------- This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. 14. CONTACT INFORMATION ----------------------- For questions about this Agreement, please contact: Email: contact@taskids.net Website: https://www.taskids.net ================================================================================ גרסה בעברית ----------- אנא קראו בעיון הסכם רישיון משתמש קצה זה ("ההסכם") לפני השימוש באפליקציית Taskids. באמצעות הורדה, התקנה או שימוש באפליקציית Taskids ("האפליקציה"), אתם מסכימים להיות כפופים לתנאים והתניות של הסכם זה. אם אינכם מסכימים לתנאים אלה, אל תורידו, תתקינו או תשתמשו באפליקציה. 1. הענקת רישיון --------------- בכפוף לתנאי הסכם זה, המפתח מעניק לכם רישיון מוגבל, לא-בלעדי, שאינו ניתן להעברה, וניתן לביטול, להוריד, להתקין ולהשתמש באפליקציה על מכשירים ניידים שבבעלותכם או בשליטתכם, אך ורק לשימוש משפחתי אישי ולא-מסחרי. 2. הגבלות הרישיון ------------------ אתם מסכימים שלא: א) להעתיק, לשנות או להפיץ את האפליקציה או כל חלק ממנה ב) לבצע הנדסה לאחור, פירוק או הפרדה של האפליקציה ג) להשכיר, להחכיר, להלוות, למכור או לתת רישיון-משנה לאפליקציה ד) להשתמש באפליקציה למטרה בלתי חוקית או בניגוד לחוקים החלים ה) להסיר, לשנות או להסתיר הודעות קנייניות על האפליקציה ו) להשתמש באפליקציה לפיתוח מוצרים או שירותים מתחרים 3. בעלות -------- האפליקציה וכל העותקים שלה הם קניינו של המפתח והבעלות עליהם נותרת באופן בלעדי אצל המפתח. כל הזכויות באפליקציה שלא הוענקו במפורש בהסכם זה שמורות למפתח. האפליקציה מוגנת על ידי חוקי זכויות יוצרים ישראליים ובינלאומיים. 4. תוכן משתמש ------------- אתם שומרים על הבעלות בכל תוכן שאתם שולחים דרך האפליקציה (כגון פרופילי ילדים, שמות משימות ותמונות). באמצעות השימוש באפליקציה, אתם מעניקים למפתח רישיון מוגבל לאחסן ולעבד תוכן זה אך ורק לצורך מתן שירותי האפליקציה. 5. פרטיות --------- השימוש שלכם באפליקציה כפוף גם למדיניות הפרטיות שלנו, הזמינה בכתובת https://www.taskids.net/#privacy. מדיניות הפרטיות מתארת כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים ומגנים על המידע שלכם. 6. שירותי צד שלישי ------------------- האפליקציה עשויה להשתלב עם שירותי צד שלישי (כגון Google Analytics ו-Firebase). השימוש שלכם בשירותים אלה כפוף לתנאים ומדיניות הפרטיות שלהם בהתאמה. המפתח אינו אחראי לשירותי צד שלישי. 7. הסרת אחריות לאחריות ---------------------- האפליקציה מסופקת "כפי שהיא" ללא אחריות מכל סוג שהוא, מפורשת או משתמעת, לרבות אך לא רק אחריות לסחירות, התאמה למטרה מסוימת ואי-הפרה. המפתח אינו מתחייב ש: א) האפליקציה תעמוד בדרישותיכם ב) האפליקציה תהיה רציפה, בזמן, מאובטחת או נטולת שגיאות ג) כל נתון המאוחסן באפליקציה יהיה מדויק או אמין ד) כל פגם באפליקציה יתוקן 8. הגבלת אחריות --------------- במידה המרבית המותרת על פי החוק החל, בשום מקרה לא יהיה המפתח אחראי לכל נזק עקיף, מקרי, מיוחד, תוצאתי או עונשי, או לכל אובדן רווחים, נתונים, שימוש, מוניטין או נזקים בלתי מוחשיים אחרים, הנובעים מ: א) הגישה שלכם לאפליקציה או השימוש בה (או חוסר היכולת לגשת או להשתמש) ב) כל התנהגות או תוכן של צד שלישי באפליקציה ג) כל תוכן שהתקבל מהאפליקציה ד) גישה בלתי מורשית, שימוש או שינוי של התוכן שלכם מכיוון שהאפליקציה מסופקת ללא תשלום, אתם מאשרים שאחריות המפתח המרבית מוגבלת למידה המלאה המותרת על פי החוק. 9. שימוש ילדים -------------- האפליקציה מיועדת לשימוש משפחתי. ההורים אחראים ל: א) יצירה וניהול חשבונות עבור ילדיהם ב) פיקוח על שימוש ילדיהם באפליקציה ג) כל התוכן שהועלה בשם ילדיהם ד) הבטחת עמידה בכל החוקים החלים לגבי נתוני ילדים 10. עדכונים ושינויים -------------------- המפתח עשוי לעדכן את האפליקציה מעת לעת. חלק מהעדכונים עשויים להיות נדרשים להמשך השימוש. המפתח שומר לעצמו את הזכות לשנות, להשעות או להפסיק את האפליקציה בכל עת ללא הודעה או אחריות. 11. סיום -------- הסכם זה בתוקף עד לסיומו. זכויותיכם על פי הסכם זה יסתיימו אוטומטית אם לא תעמדו בכל אחד מתנאיו. עם הסיום, עליכם להפסיק כל שימוש באפליקציה ולמחוק את כל העותקים. לבקשת מחיקת חשבון, פנו אל: contact@taskids.net 12. דין חל ---------- הסכם זה יהיה כפוף לחוקי מדינת ישראל ויפורש בהתאם להם, ללא התחשבות בעקרונות ברירת הדין שלהם. 13. הסכם מלא ------------ הסכם זה, יחד עם מדיניות הפרטיות ותנאי השימוש, מהווים את ההסכם המלא ביניכם לבין המפתח בנוגע לאפליקציה ומחליפים את כל ההסכמים וההבנות הקודמים. 14. יצירת קשר ------------- לשאלות בנוגע להסכם זה, אנא פנו: דוא"ל: contact@taskids.net אתר: https://www.taskids.net ================================================================================ © 2026 Taskids.
